My name is Bob Whitworth. I'm an independent Catalog Writer and Problem-Solver.

After a successful Madison Ave. career, I'm doing catalog writing -- full-time -- and I've never enjoyed anything more! In fact, catalog writing is what got me started on my writing career in the first place -- while I was still in college. My first paying copy assignment was for The Ship's Store in Barrington, RI. When the client said, "This copy flows like honey," I was hooked! I finished up my degree in Marketing, put together a portfolio -- and headed off to Madison Ave.

I now live and work on Cape Cod. That means when you become a client of mine, you get an unexpected perk! -- i.e. : business meetings on the Cape. I'm sure you'll appreciate having meetings on the beach, or in an ocean-front café. And it's amazing how that 60 minute meeting can stretch into a whole day of relaxation with sea-breeze and sun.

These meetings will usually take place on Fridays; and, as we all know, it's very difficult to travel in a westerly direction on that particular day of the week, when the sand is tugging at your shoes, the breeze is gently caressing you back into your beach chair, and the delicious aromas from a hundred different restaurants are turning your bowsprit to every successive point on the compass.
